Founded in 1970 by Clifford and Marjory Davis. Leonard Sevigney and Jack Lyons purchased the organization in 1993 as a progressive, growth oriented insurance agency specializing in the hospitality and construction business, the goal was to "provide superior service to our customers by providing a thorough insurance portfolio to cover the customer's personal and/or commercial needs."
Dan Fisher purchased The Sanford Insurance Agency in 1998 and drives the business as a service company that allows small, independent agents to remain independent, yet gain access to the economies of scale found in the larger agencies. The Sanford Insurance Agency provides access to multiple insurance companies which translates to competitive products for our customers.
